Suwanda family split?

Hmm. I just noticed in a post on a mailin list that it seems Bambang
Suwanda has set up a new organization at some point. I saw that Bernard
Chong and Bobbe Edmonds, for example, who both were PSMM instructors when
I studied w/Pak Herman, are now affiliated specifically with Bambang.

What's the story? Or is it one of those "we're not talking about that to
outsiders" things? That wouldn't surprise me, but if it's something that's
OK for public discussion, I for one am all ears!

I hope this is not true. I hate when great martial arts families break
up over something petty. Its bad enough, some folks are still getting
over the death of Pak Suwanda and his wife. I hope for the sake of
Silat. That these folks can set aside there differences and continue to
propagate the beutiful but deadly style of Silat.
